2024 CIMMYT AID-I PROJECT

Under the CIMMYT project, Holland Greentech has delivered impactful, hands-on trainings across Zambia, reaching farmers, extension officers, and agribusiness actors. With a strong focus on women, youth, and local trainers, these sessions have built lasting capacity within communities. Farmers gained practical skills in climate-smart agriculture, irrigation, soil health, and pest management. Even in the face of field challenges, the trainings remained engaging and solution-driven. Through this work, Holland Greentech is turning knowledge into real productivity and resilience on the ground.

MoA IRRIGATION PROJECT

The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) Irrigation Project, implemented with support from Holland Greentech, empowered farmer cooperatives with modern irrigation systems and hands-on training in system use and maintenance. Holland Greentech’s technical expertise ensured effective installation, farmer capacity building, and long-term system sustainability. The project enabled year-round production, improved yields, and increased incomes, strengthening food security and the resilience of cooperative-led farming systems.
